諸事情あって、今日は夕方から大洗濯大会を開催しました…。ご近所とはいえ、サンタクロース状態でお洗濯ものを担いでアパートまで歩くのは少々恥ずかしかったです。今日は新入生のオリエンテーションがあって、昨年に引き続き今年も出席しました。学長や先生方の紹介も去年はさっぱり頭に入りませんでしたが、今はさすがにみんな顔がわかるのでデジャブのようで面白かったです。新入生たちはみんなフレッシュな雰囲気ですが、1年するとこの人たちもマネスの顔になるんだろうな～となんだか不思議な気がしました。休み中も毎日学校に通っていましたが、みんなが戻ってきつつある学校はやっぱり張り合いがあってしゃっきりしました。
I washed a lot of clothes this evening for some reason.. Even though it is my neigborhood, to walk the way from the landromat to my apartment carrying the clothes like Santa Claus was embarassing. By the way, there was a new student oriantation at school this morning, and I attended for the second time as "a kind of new student". I was not able to catch the quick introduction of faculties last year though, this time I could get almost all the information since I know them now, so I somehow felt it is like deja vu. The new students look so new to me now though, they would also be the Mannes people a year after. Even though I have been coming to school everyday during the summer vacation, I felt refreshed at the school because the people are coming back, which is nice.
